- Replaced hand-built setup with one-click activation, taking Contacts activation from 11% to 40% (3.6×).
- Built the eval stack behind it, with shadow dry-runs, PM-calibrated LLM judges in Arize, and canary and A/B releases. Both of Typeform's AI teams now use it.

- Led a private AI assistant over 3,000+ policy documents, deployed entirely inside Azure and used by ~1,000 people a month.
